		<description>Welcome to Brighthouse.  The service is pathetic, they do not care at all about their customers. They do not fix problems. The guide states incorrect shows;  the internet , cable and phone service are always up and down.  You cannot watch TV when you want or what you want as the guide is incorrect and takes forever to load. Every tech gives different reasons, solutions, etc. They know there are issues but continue to avoid. As a 10 year plus customer I have recently changed because I could no longer stand it. I finally did what my family advised, get Satellite service!  It is wonderful. No more pixels or screen freezing or cable down. Why I waited this long is beyond me.  I know a brighthouse employee who is a neighbor and she has satellite. She says the way they are treated, the customers are treated is a huge joke. They never do anything with many complaints, especially if you complain more than once. Do your self a favor as most of us in my circle of friends have done, get rid of cable and go satellite. Tell your friuends!~</description>

		<description>You have no idea what you are talking about. Since I switched to Brighthouse I have never experienced any interruptions of service. My internet is very fast and extremely realiable. My TV picture is very sharp, bright and clear, both on regular channels and HD channels. My phone quality is crytal clear and totally static free. BHN agents are available 24 hours a day and guess what, they speak English. Service is on time, good, and well trained to fixwhatever problems exist. All this for below the competitors pricing.

		<description>I live in Indiana and Brighthouse is fighting with all of our local CBS affiliates and now we can’t see any of the CBS shows!  No CSI’s, none of them, no Criminal Minds, no Letterman (and he’s FROM Indiana), no Big Bang, 2 and a Half Men.  Come on, we have been paying Not-so-Brighthouse for years and now we can’t even see our favorite shows!!!  How can these monopolies continue?  We need suggestions; people around here are actually buying “rabbit ears.”  Everything is going HD and Brighthouse has us by the throat and ears!</description>

They never fixed it but felt free to bill me with the promise of &quot;adjusting the bill when its fixed.&quot; We&#039;ll be seeing each other in district court should they be stupid enough to try and collect. I&#039;m getting DSL.  Anyway, I&#039;m investigating a class action suit against this company because I know the &quot;regulators&quot; (read: former industry executives who don&#039;t enforce anything) won&#039;t do anything for consumers. 		<description>29 Feb 2008.  Sunsports tv advertised Lightning Hockey to be in HD.  Brighthouse on screen guide states Lightning hockey in HD for this date.  Game comes on on regular channel but no HD.  This is a consistent brighthouse problem.  Since the HD transmissions start usually 5 to 10 minutes into the game, it becomes obvious that this is an example of technical incompetence on the part of brighthouse.  Somebody is asleep at the switch.  This is a consistent brighthouse problem and phone calls and emails have no effect and no results other than the usual platitudes like &quot;no feed&quot; (false), channel 718 (or 650) are not in the HD package (false), you do not subscribe to NHL tv package (irrelevant). Contacting SUN sports, the response is that nobody in their broadcast territory reported any problems with the HD signal.  Some of the responses from brighthouse read as if they were selected from comedy central since they do not comprehend that they have a problem.
